The remit of the Training Resources Team includes:

1. promoting training in FIEC churches and beyond through Prepared for Service (Level 1- Learn2Lead and Level 2 - PfS North based in Chesterfield and PfS South based in Reading)
2. running assessment courses for PfS/2 across the country
3. overseeing the delivery of all PfS/2 courses on a cost-effective basis, through local management committees
4. overseeing and supporting the role of the Learn2Lead Coordinator
5. promoting the potential of PfS/1 (Learn2Lead) through the syllabus of PfS/2
6. developing training through the extension of the PfS/2 courses/materials to other parts of the country
7. maintaining links with other training providers
8. supporting the work of the FIEC Training Team and other teams seeking to grow men and women in gospel ministry
9. developing new courses following the PfS/1 (Learn2Lead) and 2 models.
