Trevor Archer began work as FIEC's Director of Training in January 2011.

Trevor has been Senior Pastor at Chessington Evangelical Church since September 1986. During his ministry there he has developed a culture of identifying and training men and women for gospel work, and many men have been encouraged into pastoral ministry.

He is also involved with Project Timothy, the London Men’s Convention, the South-East Gospel partnership, the establishment of a schools work ministry trust in Kingston and the Genesis Training Project with Hook Evangelical Church.

Trevor will continue to live in Chessington.
